I decided to go to a drugmart(the drugmart here sells anything & everything) & pop by the supermarket for a walk today. Ber had exams & left the house early today & Chris gota work. I left the house & remembered that i didn't have a bus ticket so i went to Countrystyle to look for Chris. Bill was there & he was about to leave so he gave me a lift to the supermarket. I pat him on his back & said 'What a great boss, Bill!' Haha..He is the kind of boss that likes to joke around & we can crawl up to his head. Hehe. I'm gona miss him!

The weather went crazy today. It's 29 degrees all of a sudden. I took a long walk home carrying groceries. The sun was so strong but luckily there was wind. Even though the sun's really hot here, you won't get to sweat becos of the wind. Good huh. I can't imagine sweating in S'pore again..Sigh. Actually, i realized that i'm kinda independant here. I could go out alone all by myself to anywhere & i kind of lurve it. In S'pore, no way have i ever went out alone to do stuff. I love taking walks, taking the buses & subway all by myself & just open my big eyes & look around or observe people etc. Its like a little adventure for me. I ain't afraid at all, only when people start to talk to me, i try to be less friendly.

I went out alone yesterday too. Always come back home before the sky turns dark. Here in Toronto, it only turns dark around 9pm. That's pretty late huh. I love strolling around & i think i gotten used to it of having nobody beside me. I wouldn't feel bored of not having someone to talk to. I think it's a really great experience for me. I didn't know that i'm someone who could do things alone. But i guess its back to square one when i'm back in S'pore.

U know, i really want to go overseas & study for a year at least, after coming here. I probably would go home, talk to my parents & see if i could take a course in Aussie, i guess not Canada cos Ber would be graduating next year & will be returning back home. But it could be an alternative as Bill will welcome me back to work & i can study at the same time. I'll just have to find a course that's related to what i'm teaching. It's good to have at least a bachelor yeap. My sis have one at the age of 22 & i can't be worst off. I'll finish my NIE first & then strive for a Bachelor. Its my new goal now: to further my studies overseas.
