I went downtown (dundas & queen st) today alone! Bought a fossil wallet, a skirt, a "Tiffany & co" necklace..*Chuckles. I really never get enough of shopping here. I'm dead. What about shopping in United states? Would it be better than here..i hope not..if not when i get there 2 weeks later, i will go crazy with the shopping again. *pray hard no..

I suddenly realized things here aint that cheap ya know. I guess food is cheaper in S'pore but if you wanna compare the restaurants here, it's cheaper & pretty reasonable cos they come in really huge portion which makes your money worthwhile. I dont like the 15% GST here & also the complusory 10-15% service tips for any food outlets. Well, everything is cheap to the canadians because their pay is good here. When i first came here, i would convert back to s'pore dollar & see if its worth it. Now i don't really bother. Its too much of a hassle. if i like it & i think its cheap in CND, i would just buy it. Ber likes to help me convert to Sing dollar & say how expensive it is esp after the taxes here..*whines. But me & chris will shut our ears. Haha.

I dont understand why there are so many koreans in Canada. Not so much of Japanese. So many koreans migrate here as well. Hmm. And everytime, the way they look at me, is as if i am one of them. Haha. hey i am not fair & i have double eyelids. keke. I went out in a short skirt & a tee cos its 20 degrees at noon but when i came back, it dropped to 11 & i was freezing cold while waiting for the bus. The weather's here pretty unpredictable. Yesterday, me & Chris went out to our garden,digged up soil & planted some sunflower seeds. Hopefully it would grow a little before i go back home. I better jail myself at home. U'll never come home empty handed when u are in Toronto. *wails loudly.

Alrite, i am gona cross the street right now to 'Countrystyle' & find chris to get some donuts, sandwiches & hot chocolate for dinner. *its free! haha. The boss is very kind. Knew that i'm chris friend & he gave me 2 dozens of biscotti to bring back to S'pore. Always ask me to go there to eat for free also. So nice ya! oops its going 8pm, better go get my dinner.
